Employment Opportunities:

Associate Producer / Project Manager

We’re a small but mighty video production company looking for an Associate Producer / Project Manager who can master timelines, juggle creative ideas, and keep our productions moving—without losing their sense of humor.

Our work covers corporate videos, podcasts, documentaries, and everything in between. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow.. You will work closely with the Executive Producer, gaining hands-on experience and helping to shape projects from the initial concept to the final delivery of the Great Story.

Please note before applying: This is NOT a remote position. Must be local to Minneapolis, Minnesota.

What You’ll Be Doing (A Lot, But the Fun Kind)

  • Helping develop concepts and writing scripts (yes, words matter)

  • Planning shoots like a pro: schedules, locations, gear, and logistics

  • Keeping clients informed, happy, and excited (aka client liaison wizardry)

  • Managing multiple projects without breaking a sweat (or at least hiding it well)

  • Bringing smart, creative ideas to the table—we want your brain involved

  • Assisting with budgets, tracking costs, and making numbers behave

  • Solving problems calmly when production chaos inevitably appears

You Might Be Our Person If You:

  • Love multitasking and thrive in creative chaos

  • Are organized but not boring

  • Can switch between creative thinking and spreadsheet mode

  • Communicate clearly and professionally (even under pressure)

  • Are excited to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility

  • Love dogs (you will be judged by dog our dog and chief snuggle officer, Reggie) 🐕

  • MUST have watched The Lord of the Rings trilogy at least once (Extended editions earn bonus points)

Perks & Good Stuff

  • Snacks (always snacks)

  • A laptop  (we won’t make you bring your own)

  • The fellowship includes 35 hours a week with paid holidays, occasional bonus, and other delightful perks.

  • Real opportunity for growth and advancement

  • Hands-on experience across multiple formats and styles

  • Travel opportunities—see the world while making cool things

  • A collaborative, dog-friendly environment where your ideas matter. We have one dog to rule them all.

If you’re equal parts organized, creative, curious, and unafraid of a busy day—and you know that second breakfast is important—this might be your fellowship.
